After your purchase has been delivered, you have 7 days to return your goods with a full refund. Products must be returned in unopened original packaging. Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used, minus shipping costs.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. You have 14 days to return your damaged or faulty goods for an exchange or refund. Dublin Herbalist is not responsible for any damaged or faulty goods not reported in 24 hours. Damaged goods can be delivered by register post to:
Dublin Herbalists is not responsible for any package lost in transit and advise you to use register shipping for returned products. Postage for damaged/faulty goods retuned is covered by Dublin Herbalists. This does not affect your statutory rights.
